With more than 20 years of professional experience gained from working in 17 countries, holding the complementary positions of oenologist, winemaker and production manager and COO, I bring a real know-how to my clients. The method is based on a transverse approach taking into account the historical factors of the property, an inventory of the production side, the problems identified and the objectives to be achieved (SWOT analysis). Managing being as important as producing, missions can include office work supports, technical and/or commercial operational assistance (branding and marketing approach), with the aim of optimising production costs and enhancing the value of your brands.
